House Restrictions:
- No smoking is allowed inside of the house. Please use the many outside areas as needed.
- No parties are allowed within the home and only approved guests are authorized within the home..

- Please utilize the "back gate key" to take out any major trash. The key can be left back on the key hook in the kitchen by the back stairwell door.
- Upon exiting, please ensure the front door is closed and locked (storm door left unlocked please) and the driveway gate closed.
